Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Welcome to Fire Net India. This website, https://firenetindia101.com/, is operated by Firenet India Private Limited, referred to in these Terms as “Fire Net India,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website and the general conditions applicable to enquiries about our fire safety products and services. Please read them carefully before using our website or engaging our services.
1. Scope of These Terms
By using this website, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
Purchases, installations, maintenance services and other engagements are also subject to the quotation, order confirmation or service agreement accepted by both parties. These website Terms form part of a transaction only where incorporated into that agreement.
Where a specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specific agreement will prevail for that engagement, subject to applicable law.
2. Use of Our Website
You may use this website to learn about our business, explore our products and services, and submit genuine enquiries.
You must not:
- Submit false, misleading or unauthorised information.
- Attempt to access restricted systems or another person’s information.
- Upload malicious software or interfere with website security or operation.
- Use our website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- Copy or commercially exploit protected website content without permission.
If you act on behalf of a business or organisation, you must have authority to submit enquiries or enter into agreements on its behalf.
3. Website Information
We aim to keep our website accurate and up to date. However, product availability, specifications and service information may change, and occasional errors may occur.
Website content provides general information. It does not replace a site inspection, a professional fire safety assessment, manufacturer instructions or advice from the relevant authorities.
Any material correction affecting a proposed order will be communicated before confirmation. Changes to website content do not automatically change an existing agreement.
4. Products, Services and Quotations
The products and services included in an engagement will be described in the accepted quotation or written agreement.
Where relevant, this will specify equipment, quantities, installation work, testing, commissioning, documentation, training or maintenance.
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not, by itself, create a confirmed order. Orders and service bookings require written confirmation.
Additional work or changes to the agreed scope must be approved in writing, including any resulting changes to pricing or completion dates.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices, applicable GST, delivery charges, installation charges and payment schedules will be stated in the relevant quotation or order documents.
Quotations remain valid for the period stated in them. Any revised price must be communicated and accepted before the order is confirmed.
Payments must be made through the methods specified in our official payment instructions. Any consequences of delayed payment will be governed by the agreed terms and applicable law.
6. Delivery, Installation and Site Access
Delivery and installation schedules will be agreed for each project. Unless expressly confirmed as a binding deadline, stated dates are estimates.
Customers must provide accurate site information, safe access, required permissions and any utilities or facilities identified in the agreed scope.
If site conditions, access restrictions or other circumstances affect the work, we will communicate the impact and agree any necessary changes. Additional charges require prior approval.
7. Customer Responsibilities and Fire Safety
Customers are responsible for using equipment according to the instructions provided and arranging the inspections, servicing and maintenance required for their premises and systems.
Customers should promptly report faults, damage, alterations to the premises or changes in use that may affect system suitability or performance.
Fire protection systems help reduce risk but cannot eliminate every fire hazard. Their effectiveness depends on appropriate design, installation, operation, maintenance and emergency procedures. This does not reduce our responsibility for the products or services we supply.
Website enquiries must not be relied upon as an emergency response channel. In an emergency, contact the relevant emergency services immediately.
8. Compliance and Approvals
Responsibility for applications, inspections, certificates and approvals will be identified in the project agreement.
Any assistance we provide with approvals is limited to the agreed scope. Final approval or certification rests with the relevant authority and cannot be guaranteed by a website statement or quotation alone.
Customers remain responsible for their statutory obligations as owners, occupiers or operators. We remain responsible for the legal and contractual obligations applicable to our work.
9. Warranties and Buy-Back Programmes
Applicable warranty coverage, duration, claim procedures and maintenance requirements will be provided in the relevant product or project documentation.
Any five-year warranty or buy-back commitment offered with a purchase will be honoured in accordance with the offer and lawful conditions disclosed before purchase.
These Terms do not withdraw an applicable advertised commitment or limit rights available under law. Please contact us for the written details of any warranty or buy-back programme before placing an order.
10. Maintenance and Support
Annual Maintenance Contracts and other support arrangements are governed by their respective written agreements.
Inspection frequency, service visits, response commitments, replacement parts, consumables and exclusions will be specified in those agreements.
An enquiry or equipment purchase does not automatically create an ongoing maintenance contract.
11. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Requests to cancel or change an order, return a product or obtain a refund should be submitted using the contact details below, with the relevant quotation or invoice reference.
Applicable conditions will be disclosed in the quotation or order terms before confirmation. Any cancellation charge must be lawful, reasonable and consistent with the agreed terms.
Nothing in these Terms removes any applicable right to a remedy for defective goods, deficient services, non-delivery or other failures covered by law.
12. Intellectual Property and External Links
Website text, logos, graphics, images and other protected materials belong to Fire Net India or their respective owners or licensors.
You may view website content for personal or internal business reference. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. Those websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
13. Personal Information
Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry and ensure you are authorised to share any information relating to another person.
Personal information must be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law. These Terms do not constitute consent to unrelated marketing or replace a separate privacy notice.
For questions about the handling of your personal information, contact us at firenetmumbai@gmail.com.
14. Responsibility and Events Beyond Our Control
Each party’s responsibility for loss or damage will be determined by applicable law and the relevant agreement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where events beyond reasonable control affect performance, the affected party must promptly inform the other and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. Any resulting extension, cancellation or refund will be addressed under the agreement and applicable law.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Please contact us first if you have a concern so that we can try to resolve it promptly. This does not prevent you from exercising a legal remedy.
Subject to mandatory legal rights, disputes may be brought before courts having competent jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Nothing in these Terms restricts access to a consumer commission or another forum available under applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page with an updated date.
Revisions apply prospectively. They do not retrospectively change confirmed orders, existing agreements or accrued rights without any consent required by law.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
